Shrimp Creole

We had this for supper the other night – quick, easy, and yummy.
Recipe:
shrimp
a can of tomatoes with liquid
about half of a green pepper – chopped
sliced mushroom (optional)
chopped green onion
a couple teaspoons of tomato paste
salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients except the shrimp.
Simmer together until thick.
Add shrimp and simmer for another 10 min.
