Field Trip with the JFW

We had a wonderfully interesting field trip with the Junior Forest Wardens on Saturday. We went to The Leduc #1 Canadian Petroleum Discovery Centre. It’s an amazing centre, and the children seemed to have a great time while learning so much at the same time.
Learning about the parts of an oil rig.
Light it up!
Differently coloured lights reveal the locations of Alberta’s natural resources.
Checking out the old fashioned gas pumps.

About Debbie

I am a stay at home mom of 2 energetic children. I homeschool them as well. I have a great husband who, after 7 years of working away from, finally has a job where he is home every night. We are trying to learn how to live together again along with adjusting to the lower pay that came along with the job change.
