Fun in the Sun

We’ve been enjoying our summer weather. With temps in the high twenties & low thirties we find ourselves in and about water most of the time to cool off.

On Friday we (my friend and I) found a new sprinkler park. It wasn’t large but it was quiet. Not many people. Which, for a mom, means I don’t have to panic every five minutes wondering where the kids have taken off to. I played a bit in the water with the children but also had a nice time spread out on the blanket chatting with my friend.

Then, of course, we’re also spending plenty time in the pool.

About Debbie

I am a stay at home mom of 2 energetic children. I homeschool them as well. I have a great husband who, after 7 years of working away from, finally has a job where he is home every night. We are trying to learn how to live together again along with adjusting to the lower pay that came along with the job change.
