I am grateful for a change in attitude. I was feeling very unhappy the last couple of days. I feel much better now.
A conversation with a good friend and a drive on a clear day helped to improve my mood.
A change in attitude or mood for the better is like cobwebs being cleared from my mind and pressure easing from my chest. It feels free.
I choose these moods for some reason. I attract them. Now it’s my job to figure out why.
